Subscriptions

Some items or services in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This Subscription cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these types of purchases. When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat services. Such as web hosting, remote support or other services. This could be where we host your website. This is yearly fee for us to do this.

These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select at checkout 

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these services per the duration you selected when buying. You can cancel at anytime if you no longer need the service.

The reminder of the term is not refunded. So if you paid for a year we will continue for the remaining 11 months as an example. (Web Hosting) Remote Support is billed monthly and can be cancelled at anytime.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it without Penalty. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there and the accounts section on our website.
