HOW THE SERVICE WORKS
• You select which model of iPhone back glass you need repairing from the list above.
(In the order notes please let us know the back glass colour, So we can make sure we have this in stock)
• You post the device to us (At your cost)
• We replace the glass with a brand new one using our back glass removal machine
• We post the device(s) back to you on the same day where possible (depending on work load - Estimated 1-3 days turn around time - ASAP if you paid for special delivery)
• Please include inside the package, Your Name, Contact Number & Order Number
• We ship your device back to you using the service of your choice. (1st Class Signed for OR Royal Mail Special delivery)

When you post the device to us make sure you use a service that has insurance. if the device is lost on the way to us, we cannot be held responsible.
When we post back the device to you after repair, If you selected Special Delivery we will make sure your device is fully insured on the way back. if the device is lost in transit on return we can help you make a claim to the courier.
If you selected a lesser service then we will ship back with your choice of company.
For peace of mind we recommend you send via special delivery and select this option at checkout.

- Make sure you have backed up your data before shipping your device. we cannot be held responsibility for any data loss. It is the customers responsibility to make sure they have an up to date backup before shipping.
- If the item gets lost during return shipping, we will help you make a claim against the shipping company. We cannot be held responsible for this as its outside our control.
- Failure to request insurance, renders any shipping damages solely the responsibility of the customer and RepairMedia assumes no liability in case of damages during shipping. Furthermore, devices not shipped in their original packages are more prone to damage during shipping; if you send us your device in a generic box, we will ship it back to you in a generic box at your own risk. If you are providing your own shipping label, be sure to include insurance on it if you wish to do so; we are unable to provide insurance to pre-purchased labels.

Postage And Delivery
All items securely posted in bubble wrapped envelopes or parcels depending on size of order.
We do not post on Saturday/Sundays along with Bank Holidays.
We offer express and premium postage upgrades for that extra quick guaranteed delivery.
We will only ship to the address you provided you may not change this once your order is confirmed. Get in touch if you need support with this.
