What devices do you repair?
We offer a range of device repairs for most models. This includes Laptops, Phones, Tablets, Desktop computers & game consoles. If your device is not listed please contact us with the information and we can check to see if we support your repair.
Do you offer a warranty on the repair?
We offer a 60-day warranty on all our device or mobile repairs. This means that if you experience any issues with your device within 60 days of the repair, we will fix it free of charge. Please note that this warranty does not cover any damages caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs. View Repairs Policy
Will I be charged if the device is not repairable?
We offer a No Fix, No Fee guarantee which means we don't charge you for the repair attempt. A handling fee of £9.99 is applied along with postage costs if you choose to have the device shipped back to you to cover our costs and time.
How long does a repair normally take?
This depends on parts availability, schedule and if you pre-booked. We normally aim to take no longer than 1-5 days but this can be longer depending on how complex the repair is. Let us know your requirements and we can estimate a turn around time.
I am not sure what the issue is with my device what should I do?
Don’t worry – this is exactly what our diagnostic service is for. This service will explore and discover the issues your device may have, We shall then get in touch to let you know what the problem is, and how much it will cost to repair the problem.
What If I have ordered the wrong service?
Don’t panic – if you’ve ordered the incorrect service just get in touch and we can swap the repair to the correct service for you.
How do I ship the device to you?
We can provide a pre-paid label or you can ship directly yourself. We strongly recommend that you use “Royal Mail Special Delivery / Royal Mail Recorded Delivery” – this provides peace of mind that your device is insured and that it arrives requiring a signature to us. Use a sturdy shipping box or padded envelope to protect your device during transit. Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase inside the package. Securely seal the package with tape to ensure it does not open during shipping. If not, choose a reliable shipping service and pay for the shipping costs. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for added security.
What shall I do to prepare the device for shipping?
Before sending your device, it is crucial to ensure that it is properly prepared for shipping. Follow these steps: Back up all your data and remove any personal information from the device. Disable any passcodes or security features on the device. Remove any SIM cards or memory cards from the device. Place the device in a protective case or wrap it securely in bubble wrap to prevent any damage during transit. Please include your Order Number in the parcel if self shipping. Shipping Guide
Where can I find my order number?
Once your order is placed you can grab your unique order reference from the final page of the ordering process or at the top of the confirmation email. You’ll need this to write it on the packaging when you send your device in the post to us. (RM-XXXX) as an example.
What Parts do you use for your repair service?
We only use the best parts possible – if we can’t use original parts, then we’ll use the closest quality possible that we offer. Unless you requested a specific quality part.
Do we need the device passcode?
The device passcode is only required for testing the device before and after the repair. This simply involves testing the device, and at no time will your personal data be accessed. However its helpful if you provide this to us. If you have not allowed our technicians to fully test the device. Either the phone was password protected or not accessible so we could not fully complete diagnostics / fault finding. We will not cover additional faults as was unable to test due to security. It is the customers responsibility to provide a passcode or wipe the device of personal data before shipping so we can test thoroughly.
What other devices do you repair?
Yes, in fact we can undertake most board-level repair services, and not just on devices such as smartphones and tablets. Our services can span to include laptops (such as repairing laptop charging jacks, USB ports and the replacement of most damaged or faulty SMD components). Which Apple models can you repair?
We can repair all Apple models from iPhone 5 to the iPhone 15 and we also offer glass back replacements.
Which Samsung models can you repair?
We can repair most Samsung models from Samsung A Series to Samsung S Series.
How do I check the progress of the repair
You can check order progress in the My Account Section, Click the order number and then look at the bottom of the page there is a progress tracker with status updates.
Can I get an invoice for the repair?
Yes certainly this is available in your 'my account' section and on the order confirmation email
