 To track your shipping, please follow these steps:

1. Locate your shipping confirmation email. This email was sent to the email address you provided during the checkout process.
2. Open the email and look for the tracking number. The tracking number is a unique postal tracking number assigned to your order.
3. Visit our website and navigate to the "Order Tracking" page.
4. Enter your tracking number in the designated field on the "Track Order" page.
5. Click the "Track" button to retrieve the latest information about your order.

Looking for an update on your repair

To track your repair status, please follow these steps:

1. Locate your order confirmation email. This email was sent to the email address you provided during the checkout process.
2. Open the email and look for the order number. The order number is a unique identifier assigned to your order. (RM-XXX)
3. Visit our website and navigate to the "Orders" page. (Make sure you are logged into your account)
4. Click Your order Number within the "Order History" section and beneath the information you can view the status of the repair or download an invoice from us.
5. You will then arrive at the order status page with updates about your repair / the status of the order.

 

In the "my account" section click the order number (RM-16XX)

 

 Look at the bottom right of the page. You should see the "track your order" button

 You should see the full details of the order. Including progress status.
